At Islamic Kuba, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully pack and inspect every order to ensure quality. However, if you face any issue, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product leaked or broken during delivery

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Change of mind after delivery

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund, depending on the situation

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method or store credit within 5–7 working days.

Cash on Delivery Orders
